IYC's IYCMUN was an amazing network session for youth from different African countries, to unite as one. It was amazing to see us young Africans from different backgrounds and countries uniting and networking in this manner. I had the best experience and I believe it has the potential to establish great sustainable development goals between African countries.

My appreciation goes to the IYC team who organized such a high volume event that promotes youth inclusion, diversity and equality. A great platform which promoted youth-led and youth centred participation on issues that affect us with regards to socio-economic development. IYCMUN should continue adding these programmes so that they continually promote youth leadership and governance.

More than ever, this is a time when the survival of Africa is in the hands of its youth. The fact that African youths come together and share the blessings and challenges of our countries with each other allows us all to see and understand Africa more easily. I learned that Creativity and problem-solving come from understanding and recognizing problems and Africans. As an African youth, I believe that Africa's problems will be solved by its children who have an African mentality. What IYC is doing in this regard is very exciting and deserves to be continued. I also benefited greatly from the opportunity to participate and have fruitful discussions with my African brothers and sisters. I've had a lot of input, both humorous and serious, during our time together.

"The world is too busy for someone who has no IMPACT! People should flock to you because of your skill, your gift, not because they like you, but they NEED the gift!" Shepherd Bushiri: This statement was fulfilled after attending IYC's IYCMUN Let's all rise to make impact the time is now! IYCMUN2 what a great opportunity to make impact! I would like to say the youth need more of this you are doing great work thank you for the opportunity to make impact and to represent my motherland Malawi. And Africans, please, we need to develop ourselves not waiting for the government nor other people to help us.
