Terms and Conditions:

1. In case the quota of the Council and Country Preferences chosen by the delegates has been fulfilled, then the committee is eligible to allocate the delegates to other council and country preferences.

2. Delegates will be allocated based on their applications.

3. All allocations made by the selection committee are official and final.

4. IYC will never sponsor delegate, so know that this is a self funded program, continue only if you will look for your own funding to attend this significant conference. If you know you wont be able to meet the deadlines or your own funding, do not continue with your application

NB: PLEASE, IF YOU KNOW YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO RAISE ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONFERENCE (CONFERENCE FEE, TRANSPORT AND VISA COSTS), PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
